  Food was alright. Service was terrible. They wouldn't even take your full order before taking off. I mean by the time she checked on us we were done our appetizer. Someone else bussed it out and asked if we needed anything else. We said can you take our order? He said he would send the server right over. We didn't see her until after finishing our appy. Which she took our order and then left the menus and dishes behind. All in all if you want to look over the menu. Decide what you want and be able to portray that to a server in one sentence this is not the place for you. The server does not give you time to ask anything about the menu or the special. They need more servers or ones who care about the people. Yes. We are people. They are serving.

  My wife and I found this place on tripadvisor, and went to check it out today (Sunday). We arrived at noon to find the parking lot just about empty, and very few customers inside. We thought it was unusual, and wondered why. Our food was good; we both got a burger - the bacon was spectacular, awesome home-made pretzel bun, good burger! The ambiance was nice, homey, old fashioned. Our trouble started when I asked for some mayo to go with my fries, and the waitress was snappy with me. We thought she was kidding, but when we asked for the bill, she pretty much exploded at us. She kept complaining at us about how hard her job is, and how inconvenient it is to have to keep going back and forth - but literally, all I asked for was mayo, and the bill at the end. We didn't get refills on pop or anything. During our meal a family of 7 came in, and we overheard the waitress telling them loudly that they should have called ahead, which seemed strange, since she was only serving us and two other tables at the time. So unfortunately I can't recommend this place, as I wouldn't wish such treatment of customers, upon anyone.
