  We have used Phoenix tent rentals for over 7 years for two large tents each year for a graduation event. They have been good to work with. We get them to set up at least a day before we need the tents just so we don't have worry about timings.

  I wish that Google allowed a 0 star rating. Phoenix was great at making our reservation and taking our money, that is about as far at their "excellence" goes. No one showed up for our site visit on Sept 5th which we planned our entire long weekend around. I had to call Phoenix 4 times to to finally reach Lori who informed me that it was her who probably just did not show up. Lori also advised that she was very busy driving to Seattle. Our phone conversation was brief to say the least. Jessa was the more helpful of the two and did apologize that no one showed up when I informed her. However like I said, once Phoenix had our payment they just didn't care. They showed up 2 hours late on the day of the event! Our event began at 4pm and they finished set up at 3:30pm. That was only after my fiancé and his best friend helped the two guys unload the truck. My fiancé and his friend had to each go and shower while the party was underway. I ruined my hair and makeup running around setting up tables and chairs for 70 and then trying to decorate in under 30 minutes! Our first guests had to help us complete the setup, and we were not at all ready for the caterers. Our setup time was between 10am-12pm and I began calling Phoenix at 12:15pm to see what was happening. I finally reached Jessa after 5 phone calls at 12:57pm who said that the guys should have called. Jessa hung up and said she would call me back after she spoke with the driver. About 5 minutes later Jessa called back and informed me they would be there in 30 minutes and that they were running late. That would have put them there at 1:30 and she said setup would take 1 hour. Instead they arrived at 2:00pm and setup took 90 minutes. The two technicians informed us that another employee had taken vacation and Phoenix has mucked up the scheduling. Besides all of that, 3 of our chairs arrived damaged. When I contacted Phoenix about this, Jessa pretty much told me this was my fault as I only booked 3 weeks in advance. If Phoenix cannot accommodate bookings they should not take them.
