  I usually go the drive through but lately I've been going in. I have notice a decline in customer service from several of the staff. This is usually in the evenings where a staff member will be wiping and cleaning table's and myself and others will be waiting to give our order(s) and none of those 3 staff members behind the counter will sever us?! Why?! Is it because the one doing all the cleaning gives us excellent customer service each and every time she waits on us ( her name is Stephanie) or simply because the other 3 lack in customer service?! This to me is not showing a team effort.

  Staff are very unprofessional. I asked for a sleeve and the African girl rolled her eyes at me. Totally unprofessional

  This timmys is good. The one at 56th and 264th is always sold out. And can't make a coffee to order.
